Goal 2 Use the Ghost Orbs to make a haunted lantern. (0/1) (Ah! Blessed yet creepy light!) Requires 1 cursed lantern (reward from doing goal 1), 20 ghost orbs, 50 glimmerdust. Takes 4 hrs.

and

Chapter 10:
Goal 2 Craft a witch's broom. (0/1) Requires 1 banner pole, 50 haunted straw (from farmhouses), 20 living wood. Takes 6 hrs. (Each farmhouse drops 2-3 straw per collection.)

Where it is crafted? In Ivy's Cauldron, or Workshop?

I am guessing ivy's cauldron since everything else has been crafted there but I am not there yet so I don't know for sure. If you click on craft in the storybook, it will take you to the appropriate place to actually do the craft.

Ivy's cauldron is not showing up in my market......I have started the quest and am supposed to remove the curse, clicking go takes me to the market but it is not there for me to purchase

I was betting on the chapter 6 requirements being different for lower level players, but I'm level 24 and I do need to collect from a level 4 stable, and of course I'm 24 carrots short of the 50 required for the upgrade!!! I'm debating using 20 gems to skip this task becuase if I wait the 22 hrs for the carrots to grow then I'll be seriously behind for the remaining chapters, which look pretty daunting

Check your storage. The same thing happened to me, and then I realized that I already earned the cauldron.
