Problem with earning cabbages through videos

So, just to check, you got down to a couple of cabbages, it asks if you want to watch a video, you said yes, watched video, and didn't we your count increase? Did you use the new cabbage for the prize you were going for? If yes, can you please post in the Bugs forum and S8 can check on what the problem is.

Correct, I got down to no cabbages, it asked if I wanted to watch the video, I said yes, watched video, and still had no cabbages. Four times. Just the little knight running endlessly on his horse. A couple of times I did get a cabbage, but the rest of the time, no cabbage.
Watching a video is no longer an option now.

S8 advise that it could be a connection issue. Could you turn wifi off and on and then on to see if that will help when you have the option again tomorrow to watch videos. Make sure your game/connection is stable - visit Stormie first.

Please post how you get on.
