Without new customers it gets pretty dead in there.

I thought I would start a new thread for the Halloween Event that started this afternoon. You collect candy corn from deliveries and pedestrians and win the various prizes similar to other events. Unlike some of the previous events, all deliveries give candy corn.

I like this event because it's any order so it makes it faster to earn your prizes faster. But the black glitch is annoying.

I agree about the black glitch. It has been posted in the "bugs" thread, and they are working on it. I'm glad I know the layout of my factories, or I wouldn't be able to find the right one.

Does anyone what what the Mausoleum does? How about Promenade Point? Both are for sale in the marketplace, but they don't have a description other than the number added for population. I was wondering if they dropped candy corn every so often. They are gem items, so I don't want to buy them unless they give out candy corn......that disgusting little treat that I refuse to eat.

I don't think they do anything other than add to the population. It doesn't say so and none of the other civic buildings ever did such a thing during events so I wouldn't expect it to either. I assume they're just new additions to the list of civic buildings that we had with this new Halloween update. Kind of like how Bakery Story gets new ovens or new decorations, etc. But only using that as an example since I play BS other than Dream City.

I think they're new additions since they're under the Civic Buildings tab. The Mausoleum looks so tempting!

I would delete some items in the inventory to make space and do this event if I were you. Well that was what I did. If you see the 3rd and 4th prizes, they come with ready slots, 28 slots in total. Winning them is equivalent to getting 112 free parts (28 x 4). Why not? Besides they're limited edition buildings, it'll be great to decorate our cities for holidays.
