I got promoted to the silver league but didn't get 15 tickets. What's up with that?
You only get the tickets if you were already in the silver leagues top 3, not promoted to the silver league.
You mean I have to remain in this league next time and then I'll get the tickets?
Btw, it now says "Finish between rank 4 and 19 to remain in this league" so I guess I don't have to go to top 3 to get the tickets next time?

Once you're in the silver league, you have to finish between 4 - 19 to stay there. But in order to get the 15 tickets, you have to place in the top three (they're part of the grand prize) in that league. Doing that will also get you bumped into the gold league.
No, you have to come 1st, 2nd or 3rd IN the Silver league to get tickets.

This is ridiculous, I can't be in the top 3 because I don't play like the top 3, I still remaind, me and many of us remain in the Silver League and still are not able to win the Tickets. This is just ridiculous.
I got into the Silver the round before this one and it was so intense and ridiculous I was bumped back down to the bronze. And now I made enough points I'm back in the silver. I have a feeling this back and forth is going to happen a lot. LOL
