lost diamonds without having bought anything?

this morning I checked my bakery, and there were 32 diamonds, hung up the phone and after 1 hour checked again and saw that only left one, which may have been it? You can fix this problem? I'm still new to the forum, this is where I post this kind of complaint? thanks
