Problems with Shakespeare in the Park.

I had 1698 masks and then I stopped getting them. There was the option to spend gems for more masks. I force closed the game and now the mask counter in the corner is gone. When I click on the field there is no check mark on the final goal, though it looks like I've completed it. I've force closed more than once without any resolution. Can I get some help getting the final prize? Thanks

I went to the goal book where it had me finished with the goal. So I now have the grand prize.
