Crime epidemic in the city!

Woe is me, the streets are rife with crime and I don't know where to turn?

The mayor is running a protection racket and we daren't clean our properties for fear that he will arrive on our doorsteps with his heavies demanding reparation, the police have been bought and won't even make an appearance for less than 17 City Cash, worst of all gangs roam the streets sacking and looting any factory that delays its shipment for more than a minute.

I'm going to move to Liberty City, it's safer!
