Random expansion

So I had a random expansion unlock and completely clear itself. I wasn't complaining until any time I try to put something in the new spot, it reverts back to where it was originally. And I cannot actually unlock the spot legitimately because the option is unavailable. Has anyone else run into this before?

It happened to me too, also tried to place the mystic kiln from the market($0) and the Ali it all vanished. It must have to do with the elven up date. I think someone pushed to wrong button a week early.

Also, the space next to it (E11) is not showing up as accessible for me. I haven't expanded that far yet, so this new phantom space (black hole?) isn't functioning normally in this way, either.

happend to me to but its where my baron tent game was and now the tent is gone......

Wow, I came here trying to figure out why that space was cleared, and read about the market. So I went to check and saw all kinds of free stuff!! I placed two rainbow alicorns, (not in the new clearing of course) and could have kept going, but I have a strong feeling they will be removed soon anyway. Strange things are happening at S8.....but at least we got a sneak peek at what's coming up! Lol

There's also a value pack with 2 50 energy crates, 10 rainbow pots and 100 trade tickets for $9.99, so I'm guessing we'll get expansions soon. Hoping we will anyway!

Edit: Yep...I just logged back in, the game reset and the Rainbow Alis were gone. Everything is still in the market though.
