Unfortunately I had to put many buildings in store as ElvesCollection is not only what fixed building on free lot occupies, but others also. Then.. if we need to keep our stocks loaded in order to exchange.. we need to keep necessary buildings/objects out too.
Conclusion: There is a serious lack of space and I have expanded all but one.. which would not resolve the situation even if expanded.
