I've been breeding for a very long time and trust me both have the same outcomes. Trying for valiant with what? I'm curious what changed if it really did how you figuring these outcomes out. The diamond & purple from anubus can't go together in breeding anubus & royal to make a magic? The diamond and yellow can't go together when breeding anubus & royal if royal splits and yellow is used with the diamond from anubus to make air? I'm just trying to figure how making the diamond a hybrid is removing options. Also if I'm not mistaken peacock hidden colors are purple and yellow, putting it back on your 1st list too

For Valiant, I found that if I used say Amazon and changed Diamond for Crusader I no longer had the Fire, Water or Magic fails, appears to be that Diamond will give all outcomes but a coloured diamond like Crusader takes out the single splits.

Peacock is on my list with Diamond but it doesn't work with Anubis, don't know why! Try my theory and see if it works for you

Boy do I feel your pain, have gold and rainbow on one den and Mercury and Rainbow on the other and will be down to trying on one and Crown Jewel on the other.
