I was just coming in to post that. I'm so relieved I don't have to upgrade my jewelers to level 5! I almost had all my silver but it's going to be needed later....
I'm level 33.
Does anyone know how much longer I'll be considered lower level?

Unable to buy Pirates Tavern and am told I need to increase level when I'm already at level 50. Read on forum I can use any tavern but that doesn't work either. Has anyone had this problem also?

Some just at level 50 still consider themselves at mid range. Level 33 is still rather... junior.

Town buildings have an aggregated cap of 40. Sell 1 town building to build a new.

Look at the level of your farm, might be not high enough

FWIW, I'm level 28 and for Chapter 4, goal 2, I only needed a level 3 jeweler so people my level and below don't need to worry about the level 5.
