"Watch & Earn" ads rarely load

Just FYI, I would happily watch more ads for gems and/or puzzle pieces, but I would say 75% of the time (if not more!) I get the "oops, couldn't load" message. Very frustrating, and not very productive for anyone (me, advertisers, or Storm8).

I know it's not my internet connection... I do have a 1st gen iPad mini, though, and Bubble Mania has been crashing on it more and more. Dunno if that's related.

Anyone else have problems viewing the ads?

You may experience more connection issues with an older device. Make sure you close out any apps running in the background.
When you video will not load, try force closing the game, then try the video feature again to see if this helps.
