No, you should only have one tree house in your game. There is no benefit of having two.

i actually have the same experience, but i thought it was a glitch or my eyes sore or i was very sleepy so i didn't believe them. but you posted this question so i guess my eyes are still okay. thank you.
anyway the level of the farm i saw was lower than 25 and the treehouses were near the pond on the left side of the bait maker. not much i saw there were only some buildings and stuff.

This is a glitch.
There is no benefit since they have the same cool down.
The team is currently looking into this.

This issue is fixed. You should not be seeing double tree houses. You may need to restart your game. Please let us know if you are still seeing double. Thanks.
