Dragon Tales quests and crafting items disappeared!

I'm having the same issue. I never start until the last day and I almost always let it auto start, mostly because I forget, but I don't have the crafting options or the quest options either. I did all the norm to try to salvage it and got nothing.

My tales force started last Sunday the 21st, IOS, and I'm level 154

Crafting items for all Tales events have been removed. This issue is almost 4 hours old and has not been fixed. We can not finish day 10 with out these items restored and time added to the event to make up for lost time.

I haves finally succeeded in meeting the crafting requirements but I really upset that my materials have literally disappeared three times each and every time after a game crash. Closing the app did not affect my materials. However the added questing has me a good nine hours behind.

HELP!!! My tales has 19 hours left but all the quests and crafting is gone! I still need to craft my furnace!!!!

i HAVE ONE DAY LEFT TO FINISH MY LAST MISSION AT DRAGON TALES AND NOW I CANNOT FORGE ANYTHING AND I CANNOT SEND MY DRAGONS TO QUESTS. i AM NOT ABLE TO FINISH THE QUEST.

I AM SOOOOO ANGRY RIGHT NOW.
