Tales event forced started 48 hours early with no notice

Please fix. This affects fair game play for event.

The event auto-started on 8/21, as shared on the announcement dialog.

I found out the date on the image posted on the forums in the event thread was incorrect. The in-game promo that went out to all players is the correct date. The image in the thread has been updated.
