Hey there! We took a look at your account and it does say 3/30. Did you update to the newest version? Please let us know!
My game also says 0 blue houses on the event screen. In the next post are my 4 ss in order, from the 0 on the screen despite having gotten some before, filling a HI order, the icon appearing over a citizen's head, then back to the event screen which still says 0...
I did install the update yesterday, and since me factories are still invisible I deleted and re-installed it today. iPadAir2.

Nope. It will not upload any of my next 3
So I uploaded them to photobucket app which allows me to copy the link for one, then freezes, so I force quit and restart it etc. until I have them all. There HAS to be a better way to upload photos from an iPad. If anyone knows, please share!
I am wondering if perhaps the counter is counting all my blue houses and the event screen is just not accurately reflecting the counter?

Hmm, I think so. Can you try to force close and reopen the game and see if it correctly tallies the score?

ETA: Just filled another HI order and it added to my total right away. So I am pretty sure you are right that it is just a matter of force closing and re-opening the game after the event begins.
Also, now I have a counter on the bottom left of my main city view screen. And the event field has construction animation. But my factories are still invisible.
