Boardwalk full but then 1 delivery is gone

I was doing the Boardwalk for 5 rewards.
Had almost everything allready deliverd, just collected last 2 of 4 tables and deliverd them too. I thought I could get my rewards. And then the 4 tables were gone and I have to make them again! How's that possible? And how do I know this won't happen again next time?

Oh, and I did get a notification on my telephone that said that my Boardwalk was ready for take off!

I think it's allready solved it's problem. When I made the first table en collected it, the delivery was full again and I send it away! But thanks! Now I know what to do when somethings wrong again.
