What happened to the value pack, mine disappeared after reset?

The popup just close. No msg or anything, just closing

I never got valiant offer.. When archer ended the value pack is now 15000 food and Infinity (level 90) does it go by level, OS, device like I'm confused.

I never received this offer for valiant either, so sad cause I really wanted that one. The only value pack I have is for Infinity
