Daily gem videos

The "Free Gems" thing is given to some players (not me) only sometimes. If you had it for a while, consider yourself lucky. Some of us never get it.

I had the option to watch videos for gems, and I'd watch a movie, not get the gem, watch another movie, still no gem. I don't consider that lucky. They need to fix that issue.

I had to login through my android because my battery was being replaced on the iOS device.

Now there's no more "free gems" button available.

Help please?!?

Since you switched to your android device, you may not have this feature. Hopefully when you switch back to your iOS device, you will see the feature again.

Will the watch ads to get free gems feature ever be fixed? It makes it extremely hard and unfair to play the game.

What specific issues are you having? Do you have the button to watch ads, but not connecting?

Nope it's not a glitch. The option to earn gems by watching videos is a promotional feature which comes and goes to random players. You may stand a chance to get it back. See https://forums.storm8.com/showthread...-gem-quot-icon

It just doesn't make sense to play this game without gems. You can buy cool and nice stuff only for gems!

I've had that option for a while - getting free gems for watching daily videos. But yesterday there were some issues in the game and Storm8 made a maintenance, and after that I lost that option. Can anyone explain me why?
