Where to expand first?

Paraglider
Vineyard (expanding here opens a 10x5 area of which 4x5 is used for the vineyard)

Next will be the Lighthouse. After that I'll slowly work towards the others while filling in the gaps around the area.

after repair all Chesterville "things" you have to repair the Lighthouse to get a statue of Chesterville ( the secret, lol ).

I noticed that some of you expanded to the Paraglider. I have expanded to Mansion, Ferriswheel and recently to Gardens.

I got one parachute but have no idea where the Paraglider is on the game board. Somebody give me a clue as to where it can be found.
