an event! yay! i'm going on a vacation/family visit and will completely ignore my nephews in favor of collecting tickets.

Does this have a minimum level? I have the event on level 12 but my son doesn't he is level 10. He has so many orders to fill to get stars he may as well have the event.

I'm level 9 I don't have it as well, guess its for 12 n up... don't know... trying hard to level up but not going as fast lol

Minimum level for this Event is 11.

I've been actively playing for the last hour and haven't received any VIP passes. I have 1 from when the event first started, but no matter how many orders I fill, I don't seem to be earning them. Anyone else having the same problem?

Try restarting your game and make sure you have completed Goal 1.

Same here. After I got 20 I get nothing.

It took 9 delivered orders before the 20the VIP ticket.
Some playing hints. Make 10 crates at a time unless you will be away.
Put your businesses and factories at the top by the railroad tracks. Keep your 5 Star businesses elsewhere.This strategy can save you time and moving about. I made this discovery at level 10 and it helps and works. In 2 hours last night before I I slept I got 20 tickets since I at level 14 and have 6-8 businesses and 14 factories.
You still have to collect coins from citizens on the streets.

My ticket ratio is terrible - estimated 4:1 in orders to tickets and that's only one ticket per four orders, not multiple tickets

I don't know how much of this I will actually be able to participate in as since this event started my game crashes approximately every 5-10 minutes.

I might avoid the frustrations by not playing often. Will see.
