REWARDS: 20 coins
(Collect 20 VIP passes to unlock Music Cottage. It'll be in your storage once unlocked.
You can purchase more Music Cottages once it's unlock. Works the same as the rest of the houses.)

Goal 4 of 5:
Build Conservatory
REWARDS: 35 coins
(Collect 140 VIP passes to unlock Conservatory)

Goal 5 of 5:
Build Citypalooza Stage x1
REWARDS: 35 coins
(Collect 210 VIP passes to unlock Citypalooza Stage)

I think I will hold off on doing any more Boardwalk orders, until I finish this challenge. I don't think I have enough storage capacity to try and do both challenges simultaneously. I only have 70 capacity in storage, and I need five more boxes to upgrade.
