Selling/storing highrises

I would love to be able to sell or store my smaller highrises. I have moved all of the houses from the small(4house) ones to the large(10 house) ones, but I can't get rid of the smaller ones. They are taking up space I could use for many other things.

Now I have got larger highrises (e.g. Large luxury condos) it would be good to be able to delete the smaller ones (e.g. Brownstones). The game doesn't appear to allow this currently?
