Playground needs to be next to road?

Can the playground please be adapted so it doesn't need to be bordering a road? Was really surprised something like the play ground needs this requirement where a factory doesn't?

Sorry guys, it's the game design that buildings which provide population need to be accessible by road. Buildings like city hall and factories do not add to population so they need not road access. Thank you for your suggestions.
