I notice the Buildings guide started from Level 15, so below is info from level 9 to 14. Hope it can help you to update. Thanks for making that thread.

Thank you very much for your help! Nope, I have not updated them earlier as I was working on another Guide for Dream City. I have just done it except for these.

The Toy factory unlocks at 710 mastery stars, home decor factory at 625 and protein factory at 900. I'm guessing our numbers differ cos you didnt add the mastery stars of your businesses in storage. I captured the mastery stars before I started playing so it was easier to calculate. FYI the mastery stars of our stored businesses count towards unlocking factories and crafts.

A strange thing is our factory prices differ which I'm not sure why... Are you able to check yours again if you have noted it down or pic it?

I am not entirely sure but I dont think the increase cost of buildings is by level. I think the price increases with quantity cos I bought 2 of the same building together but the second cost more than the first. I can list the price by quantity if that helps.

If it's possible and not too much work to do that it would be helpful for planning purposes.

I noticed after I bought a few houses, the next time I went back to get more the price had increased quite a bit. So buy as many as you can at one time to avoid the price gouging that occurs after a purchase.
