How do I skip a goals?

If you don't want to do one of the monthly goals you just don't do it. It will eventually expire. If you're talking about the beginners goals and the sweet co goals ,I think they just stay in your clipboard forever till you do them.

the first set of goals i haven't finished! except for that time they charged us gems for the 4th of july, and my very first goal set as i didn't get that whole "expiring" thing. a couple of times before i've been close and had to pay a few gems on the very last step just to not have locked content, even though i wasn't crazy about it. but this set was so uninspiring that i didn't want to even start, and now i'm just frantically unlocking the last recipe.
