    Why are some items not available? Butterfly garden

    I know some items only become available at higher levels. But I've looked through every level and can't find that beautiful butterfly garden. Is it not longer available?

    I'm not sure which item that is but it might be a box item. I think there is some kind of butterfly garden decor that is the first place prize in the zoo crate.
