Kicked out and losing loads of dice

I have been kicked out of games so many times and have lost over 150 dice because of this. I wouldn't mind if they were free but I've been paying for them! I have messaged the support email but no response 😢 Is there any way to get these back. It's just happened again and I'm not going to play anymore until I get a reply.
