Dragon is Evolving, but it's Not.

Ok so when I try to breed my Tanuki? Dragon, it keeps showing that it's evolving, but there's nothing in the flower! I checked on the Arctic Isles and there's no dragon in that flower either, but it's still showing that it's evolving. Has anyone else had this issue?

In the picture, you can see the middle dragon is the one I'm talking about and the flower is empty. Also, on the main island, I do have a dragon evolving, but it's the dragon I won in the tournament.

Please try force closing and restarting your game. Looks like all your graphics have not downloaded.

Also you can go to settings-safari on your device and clear out data then restart your device.

Tried all that and it's still showing the dragon is evolving, but it's not. I've also tried uninstalling and installing it again, but no change.
