Storage issue of counting items

Why every time during ten day games crafted items that were not asked for at a specific time but you have aren't counted when needed? Dragon Story needs some type of updating for this problem.

If an item you crafted isn't counting towards your quest, please try restarting the app or visiting a neighbor. This should ping the server and update your quest.
