Shattered Sky - NEW Dragon Tales Event

I've seen several comments directed at developers, but I feel that they should be directed at management! If this is like any other business, it is management who tells the developers to "shove the programming out the door" whether it's ready or not, 'just make it happen'. And with the new frantic pace of the game, they are probably asking the same workforce to code event, after event. And with any new programming there will be bugs--S8 needs to test these before they prey on their customers. Give your programmers time to test and de-bug, or stop asking them to create new events continually! If there is a special set of 'rules' that your customers need to know, then explain them clearly before each event. The amount of glitches that are reported during these events are insane. If my company had this many complaints on our forums, I'm sure we would be out of business within a year or two.

Oh, and I think what frustrates your customers the most, is the total lack of communication when there is an issue. I don't feel that this is because of your moderators, they are great, but are probably kept in the dark, like the rest of us.

I understand your frustrations, I really do. I was in your position the last DT ,had undeniable proof that either the game has significant coding and rtl issues OR it's being done in house, and intentionally. Here we are a month later and nary a peep from anyone. Thats fine I talk with my money and best believe this business isn't getting a dime out of me ever again and not just s8.

Exactly, and let me just say that I have been playing this game on various devices for the entire life of the game (4 years). I have spent real $$ for gold and usually am the first to give it positive feedback on cool innovations. This right here is just a flagrant lack of planning, implementation and customer service.

I will also point out that the moderators on this forum are top notch and give us the respect of acknowledgement and information to the best of their capability.

Well that's me out for chapter 10, I've just started crafting it, so it's ready when I wake at reset time. I even asked for advice 2 days ago, and people said it counted when they had it in their storage...... Fingers crossed mine counts, doubt it!

In the information for chapter 10 you have written it to say HAVE the solar orrery, but apparently it is CRAFT it? I and others fell into this and now have to send quests out for more sun and moon tears because now the one we HAVE in storage will not count and we will need to CRAFT another one. This before we can request 20 bottles on the last day. This is very dis heartening and I wish the information had been given correctly
I HAD MY SOLAR ORRERY CRAFTING, AND COLLECTED IT AFTER CHAPTER 10 ACTUALLY STARTED AND IT DID COUNT! NO NEED TO MAKE ANOTHER ONE! YAY!
