Countdown timers on ingredients

I just finished the Pancakes from Paris quest but ingredients still show a countdown timer. Will these recipes/ingredients disappear at the end of the countdown?

They will be removed.

While the recipes and ingredients needed to make the recipes on the commercial stove and chateau oven will disappear, if you completed the goal and got the new recipe on the jubilee stove you will not need the special ingredients and the recipe on the jubilee oven will stay forever.
