It seems like android players are being given the opportunity to get previous Barons Tent items (all of these are in the Inventory Guide) now that this platform supports those items. Value packs are sent to random players and there is most likely an algorithm of how this works. It's the same across all games.

I'm an iOS player. That said, there were other awesome sale offers that weren't available for me. Definitely these are sent randomly.
