i am tempted mainly for the looks. i'm still expanding. but mostly i am limited by my ability to have enough coin due to spending so much each expansion/event
i figure it will eventually go on sale again. and i can get it then

Your best bet will be to look in the HUB inventory. If you look up Earth Wisp or Wisp Lantern, SW has detailed lists of each item that drops them. You could then cross reference to see if any of the items are available for purchasing:
