Hi can someone please tell me what ingredients are needed for confetti chow and party bags? I'm thinking maybe I don't need so many red balloons so I can sell them if not needed for those later

My food mill does not give me an option to make birthday food, does that come later? When feeding the animals the birthday food icon shows up. Also I have red, blue and confetti balloons in my barn but it does not register towards the goals. Any suggestions?
You will only be able to make the confetti chow at Goal 5, see Post 2. The balloons are for upgrading your Birthday cake, see Post 3.
Which goal aren't they registering? Did you buy the balloons before you reach your goal? If so, they will not register.

I have enough red ballons... but not one blue ballon.
How can I level up on the cake now?
