Restaurant Story: Neighbors who need Materials only (no food gifts!!)

I am a very active player. Tip, gift, and respond to requests daily. I gift goal or basic parts unless requested otherwise. I do not gift until the end of the day so there is plenty of time to get requests in. I'm looking for neighbors with the following qualities so that I can have a more enjoyable game play:

-Post your gift preferences on your wall or mine (even if it's just food), or send a request and I'll gift that item.
-Keep your wall relatively clear if that's where you post your gift preferences.
-3 to 4 stars
-Most importantly, respond to requests and gift daily.
-NEVER send me food. What I need/want will ALWAYS be posted.
-Silent tippers (and non tippers) welcome ^_^

ID pukiblue have been playing for many years I do not tip but gift daily and accept all request. Just purged so many neighbors due to them not playing or gifting, need neighbors that are faithful to the game

I?m looking for neighbors who are...

1. 3-4 star players who play at least 5 days a week
2. Parts ONLY gifters
3. Play during goals and answer requests (not just send theirs out and run off)
4. I NEED PEOPLE WHO READ THEIR WALL OR MINE. I often ask players to hold gifts on Thursdays.

Prefer players that are able to play from 2am - 12pm CST. / 12am - 10am PST. / 3am - 1pm EST
If your wondering, I hate getting players that are all over the board. Like to play for a bit and then be able to keep my wall clean prior to turning in for the night.
