    Game frozen help appreciated

    My game is Frozen. I'm at level 30 game says I need to download new world or I don't have the world. I have installed and uninstalled with no luck. Trying to get a screenshot here now. Well I guess I'm going to have to figure out how to upload the will add that later

    Hey there! Sorry to hear that! Can you try leaving the game on for a while to see if it will download? Leave it on for about 5-10 minutes. If the world still doesn't load, please let us know!
