Speadsheet of Factory contracts

I've made a spreadsheet of all the factory contracts, just as there is for the crop profit of farm story. Please add if you have access to the higher levels.

The costs don't seem to be always done right for profit per hour, starting with Mini Pretzels, which only have a profit of 2400 per hour, not 3600.

I'm trying to put in a column for quick leveling costs and noticed that when you cancel a contract, you don't lose all your investment, instead you get a percentage of your investment back.

I've tested this on a couple of contracts and it seems that the the amount refunded (when you start and quickly cancel the contract) is about 60% of your investment. Can anyone confirm this? Or does the refund amount vary for different contracts?
