Prize number 4 is the Monster Stable. It has a 22 hour timer on it. The final prize needs 5,600 Royal Crests. At level 10 the colosseum drops 68 Royal Crests.

Update:
1. Side goal of spires has now been answered by SparklyOctopus
2. The Naga Altar post-event is decorative only after the event is finished.

I thought 5600 seemed high, thought my memory was failing me. And usually only 1 from marketplaces and taverns etc., perhaps I am being a little optimistic...

That's were I was too, I was at my total limit of royal buildings. I looked over what royal buildings I had and chose to sell three level 1 conservatories to allow me to buy three more towers. Thinking of the future, I balanced 5 towers with 5 spires. If you sell existing buildings to buy different ones be careful, one time I accidentally sold several of my level 5 buildings instead of the level 1 buildings. It was a big oops!

SW, can you please find out why the buildings that have a higher recharge time, such as marketplaces, taverns, watchtowers, are generally only giving 1 crest this time, instead of the multiples they've always given in the past? Is this an error? Or is this the new way they are doing things?

Yes. I really hope I'm wrong. Haven't done the math on number of drops from colliseum compared to other event. At first glance it seems comparatively equal. But not sure. I've just lost my trust and enthusiasm with S8. Sorry to bum others. Just wanting those with lower resources to not be disappointed. I just hope to at least level up the colliseum to max level. Don't have any unfinished buildings yet and don't want to start.
