Regarding Goal after completing Step 2. '...something about trading with merchants for chisels and hammers.'

- Is there a way we CAN trade with the merchants in exchange for chisels and hammers?
- How? Where? I can't find where to trade with them. (And I did finish the timed part of the event well before the time was up)
- Is anybody else able to do a trade with merchants in exchange for chisels & hammers?

This is going to be a slow, boring event if it's just a case of click = 1 hammer, 1 chisel, wait hours, click, wait hours, click...etc

I am having the same issue. I just collected from two spires and they both came up with two crests each but only credited with one each inside the quest icon.

SpiritWind, I did some experimenting this morning: it looks to me like if I collect from my farmhouses very slowly, checking the count inside the icon after every collection, the drop of two crests counts correctly; however, if I simply tap even two of them in succession, each will only raise the count by one crest, even if the house dropped two. I have 11 farm houses. If I collect very slowly, I get 11-13 crests per collection; if I collect them quickly, I always get 11.

Edited to add: SpiritWind, apparently the instant collection method seems to be counting drops. When I clicked all 11 houses and opened up my social menu, the count went up by 13. Software works in mysterious ways.

Edited, yet again: That makes sense! I imagine any action that pushes the game data to the S8 servers would have the same effect.

Thanks for the info. I've added it to my report. Funnily enough, I'm finding the opposite! eg, right now my 11 farmhouses gave 14 and I always use the quick collection (too impatient!)

Edit: yes, Mysterious ! I usually use the social menu too, but in these events, clicking in the event icon does the same thing.

Fourth price- Monster Stable, 22hr- drops fur, horn, tails...2x2
Final prize- Royal Naga,1x1, 22 hr, drops naga stuff. Acts like animals (the same way you saw him before ) has yellow arrow on top when ready to collect
10 lvl Coliseum (already posted here I think) drops troll club, essence. Fur, tails, bones...

Most likely no, there is no actual trade. Other events have had similar dialog but it's just that. Dialog to give an excuse to visit your marketplaces as part of the goal. If there was something it should have rewarded you the items when you completed the goal, we have had those before too.
