Sorry to hear that! Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if that will fix it? Please let us know!

Do you see an icon with a picture of a Key at the top of the map screen?
- If so, could you tap that icon and see if it works?
- If not, could you please take a screenshot of what you see?

Holy cow. Image upload is failing. I'll try to send from my iPhone.
Try editing the photo using photo app before you upload. Trim it a little and save it, that will bypass this error message.
