    Clue Bingo

    How come the Bingo numbers in Monopoly Bingo light up when called, but not in Clue Bingo?

    I play clue bingo and monopoly bingo. Why is all of my cash, except for about 4000 gone, gems and dice are gone and I'm back down to level one? I had over 6000 dice in each game, now I have maybe 60 or 70.

    Did you start playing on a different device? Can you submit a Support ticket here: https://support.storm8.com/hc/en-us/requests/new using Topic Category "Account Recovery -> Lost my account" and Game Category "Casino -> CLUE Bingo"? In your ticket, please be sure to mention your existing Storm8 ID (lovinovensbakery) as well as the Support ID you currently see in CLUE Bingo, as both of those will be necessary to transfer account data.
