it sucks but its also nice to know im not in it alone�� and to answer RonjaR82. i do get the bronze and silver just not the gold. i hope it is like ketchup xiq24 and kat you might get your before i do at less you have 6 out of 10. I still love playing the game and I'll still keep playing The Outpost and hope for those gold

I try to complete every order, as long as I have what they ask or it doesn't cost me to much energy to get it. Except for the large amount of Golden Items they often want (right now the ask is 45 Golden Eggs.. I'll pass )

Having finished the long term quests, I’ve been trying out the outpost for the last month or so. Very few silver and no gold runes. I have one rainbow alicorn that I must have gotten elsewhere - sale perhaps? The biggest resource I’ve spent is jewels - no gold items. Considering the energy and time commitment, I think I will let it go. Sorry mermaid resources - back to storage!

The maximum of 40 Energy only counts for 'free refils'. If you are below 40 Energy, you will get 1 free Energy every 3 minutes to a max of 40.
But if you collect from Energy sources (Wizard School, Daily Energy droppers) you can get above the 40. There is no upper limit as far as I know.
Collect more Energy than you spent, and the building up of you Energy supply begins.

Keep in mind this will cost you your free Energy refills. Those are incredibly powerful. That's a free Weekly (40 Energy) every 2 hours.
Don't be in a rush to throw that away. I recommend you only think about saving Energy if you have so much you don't really know what to do with it any more.
Or save Energy in small amounts to be extra prepared for the next event.
Make the most out of the free refills while you can.

Based on what I have read in the threads, I assume that players that have 200-300+ energy usually have a lot of daily/weekly energy droppers. These come from events, the baron's tent, leaderboard prizes from monster hunts, or they can be crafted in the MRC. Eventually over the years they've acquired so many that with collecting them all they can amass that much energy over time. I myself have 6 daily energy droppers, two weekly ones, and a wizard school and I still heavily rely on the two hour refills so I have a long way to go lol. I might be wrong but I hope that helps!
