I need to build a windmill for the tradesman event (the one you get when you buy that special walker) but when I try to buy one from the market it says "you cannot buy more buildings of this kind" or something. I do not have any windmills on my land or on storage, I guess I have to sell one or more buildings, but I do not know which ones.

Windmill is a town building. So you might have to sell a cottage, farmhouse, or marketplace or tavern . I hope this works.
Do you have a lot of one of those?
I'm not too sure about this answer because I have several of those types of buildings and have had no problems with buying more.

It turns out I could not buy any more town buildings, so I sold a level 1 farmhouse and I was able to buy a windmill

Yes that happens to me as well. I think it too about half an hour to have the right amount of buildings out and stay out to expand. It kept unsyncing and rolling back. I just did one building at a time, temporarily stored crafting and other non essential buildings/items with no RP and eventually it worked.

This is still happening! Why is this happening and why hasn?t it been fixed yet? So irritating!

Wondering.. why does the Sea Shell path differ in looks displayed on the board compared to how it?s shown in the market (under decorations, and roads)..? The look that is *promised* look so much nicer than how it really displays on my kingdom board... the other roads don?t have this problem.. it seems

I think I see what you mean. In my opinion, it's because the market card makes the pathway look 3d. It seems as if we were to place it, certain shells would be elevated above the rest of the path but once it's placed it is completely flat and loses some of its appeal.





There is one other pathway I can think of that does this, the Fey Path. I can remember being soooo excited by the market image only to be sadly disappointed once it was placed. It's not the worst path but it is by no means as pretty as the inventory card leads you to believe it will be. You can likely see why:
