So I just switched from an iPhone to Android. What's the best way for me to get my level 99 restaurant on my Android phone? Especially since they aren't responding to individual tickets

Try logging off your Game Center on your iOS device before you transfer to Android. Support does support recovering of accounts. Maybe your ticket was closed because you have the wrong category. Please submit again and make sure you select "Account Recovery" under category.

What if that doesn't work and then I lost 100% access to my restaurant. I might not be able to log out of my game center because my son dropped my phone in the toilet :'(

Oh no... Support is available to help. Send a request to Support via support form and make sure you select "Account Recovery" under category. Selecting a wrong category may result in having your ticket closed.

I?m possibly switching from iPhone back to android today and I don?t want to lose my restaurant again as I lost it for 8 months last time I did this. How do I make sure my restaurant transfers?

When going from iOS to android, make sure on your iphone you log out of the game center first, then transfer your game over to your android device.

This is ridiculous, this is the second time I lose my restaurant and now I'm going to miss out on the goals starting tomorrow BC I refuse to start over. I was already level 99. Smh, Storm8 needs to figure out a way for us to be able to switch over as easily with RS like it is with BS
