Gorgeous Globe Event!

I started playing this event the day it came out on both my accounts. For the most part I tried to keep up with collecting food, doing quests and breeding dragons. I am only at 1600 on both accounts. After the last community event when I could not get the last individual dragon I refuse to use gold to get a dragon. Storm 8 ****ed the joy in the birthday event for me. and I had the same thing happen in Fantasy Forest Story. I have totally skipped the current event there.
I think there are a lot of people out there like me that are tired of being set up to fail unless we spend a lot of money for gold.
Just sayin.

I forgot to contact storm8 because they forgot to give me the Candy Cane dragon from the last World Event and the Centurion dragon from a previous tournament. Is it too late to put those in my inventory? I wrote all my winners during the tournament and I did collect everything needed for Candy Cane as evidenced on my island and inventory.
