    Lol I just replied to you in the updates thread about this exact thing. Just want to add that's it's happened to me too and I emailed support. Hope they fix it.

    Can you try going to settings- safari - clear out data, then restart your device? Let your game settle down a bit and check if the image is correct.

    Please let me know if you are still experiencing issues. Can you help to post a picture of it if it still persists so I can report it in for you? Thanks for reporting.

    As far as I know, all the players who have decorated with the Santa's List have the same problems.

    Rynetory2, is there anything else I can do in this situation? I can't get an answer from support and I've written two replies. Will giving you my ticket # help, or should I just still wait it out? Thanks if anything.
