Didn't get keys!

Email I already sent teamlava with no reply:

"I was on level 522 and then I defeated Lucien. The game told me to wait for the new stage to come. It came today, Thrilling Theatre. But I didn't get my bonus keys. Every time I defeated Lucien in all of the previous stages I got 15 bonus keys. This time when I defeated him, because I had to wait for the next stage to arrive, I never got my bonus keys.
