I'm at level 55, and my seats are never full. At most I get up to about 12 seats full. I currently have out 20 seats.

I also block my counters now, so the food is magically delivered. I haven't had a problem with that so far—fingers crossed! I like the servers, but I added a super cool 'stairway' (optical illusion using barriers) and the wait staff can get caught up trying to deliver to the bar

(The restaurant is a mess for the cruise right now)
