Not receiving Travelers vouchers

Not getting travel vouches from harvesting. Just harvested 6 farms of next us nuts & received no travelers tokens at all.. Started with 937 and had 937 when I finished.

I did restart the game after harvesting & it didn't change. This morning it seemed to have added them in.

It just happened again. I harvested 6 farms with nexus nuts-I started at 1369 and I ended at 1369. I have opened & closed the game several times since. I did receive 10 for breeding/hatching.
I don't leave my game open or running in the background ever. I open & close it each time I play. And I don't leave any other games open either.

I uninstalled & re-installed the game-still didn't add them.
